When dogs are rescued with no where to go they end up stuck in boarding/kennel facilitys. As much as we hate that they are there, we love the boarding/kennels for what they do.
They save lives.
Our babies that have yet to get foster homes are not free to take care of. You helped us save their lives and for that we are grateful. But now we are in desperate need to pay down our balance there so we can continue saving lives.
So many dogs come in to the rescue with different needs; from medical to boarding to food to training. Most of the money spent comes out of the owner of the rescues pockets.
With that being said we can't keep expect the kennels and boarding to allow to bring more dogs if we can't pay them.
We hate asking for money. But what else are we to do?
